7/18/2022 Low Sexual DesireAre you a woman concerned about low sexual desire? According to a 2008 study published in Obstetrics and Gynecology magazine, you are not alone. The study involved 31,000 U.S. females 18 years and older. 43% of them reported having sexual concerns. 10% out of the 43% complained of low sexual desire. It's difficult to know what causes sexual desire to decrease. The following issues have been known to effect sexual desire: - Trauma - Depression and/or Anxiety - Life Stressors - Relationship Issues - Aging - Menopause - Medication - Postpartum Stress If you or your partner are concerned about low sexual desire in your relationship, talking to an OB/GYN is always recommended.
